Soak dry mushrooms, boil, cut into strips and fry with onions. Grease earthenware bowls with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the layer of mashed potatoes, on it - the layer of minced meat, then mushrooms with onions, and again mashed potatoes on top. Pour the egg-milk mixture over everything and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve potatoes cooked according to this recipe with butter.
