Ingredients: 400 gr. of minced meat, 10 potato tubers, 2 cups of sour cream, 1 onion, 1 carrot, pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

How to cook stuffed potatoes with minced meat? Rinse, peel the potatoes, cut out the core, forming cups with walls of the desired thickness (the thinner the walls, the more stuffing will fit, but do not overdo it, at least 0.5 cm). Chop the onion, saute in oil, add grated carrots, stew until soft, add minced meat, fry, pour sour cream and simmer everything until half cooked.

Separately, brown the potatoes in butter, then stuff them with the prepared stuffing, put them in the greased form and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

How to cook potatoes stuffed with cheese? Rinse each potato, pat dry with paper towels, brush with vegetable oil and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven heated to 200 C until the potatoes are soft. It is most convenient to check the softness with the wooden skewer. Cut off the “lid” no more than 5 mm thick from each potato. Scoop out the pulp from the potatoes with a teaspoon, leaving intact the walls about 5-7 mm thick. Mash the potato pulp with a fork, add butter or sour cream, season with salt to taste.

Stuff each potato with the resulting mixture, sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top and send the potatoes back to the hot oven. When the cheese begins to melt, remove the cooked stuffed potatoes and serve.

Ingredients: tubers 4-5 pcs., beef or pork - 400 gr., onion - 3 pcs., tomato paste - 4 tbs., carrots - 2 pcs., flour - 3 tbs., lard - 5 tbs., sour cream - ½ cup.

How to cook potatoes stuffed with meat? In the peeled potato, make a hole with notch or knife, cook minced meat and fill the holes with it. Then fry, put the stuffed potatoes in the deep baking sheet, lightly pour over sour cream and bring to readiness in the oven. When serving, sprinkle with herbs and pour over the remaining sour cream mixed with lard, in which the stuffed potatoes were baked.

Potatoes stuffed with eggs and ham

How to cook potatoes stuffed with eggs and ham? Select large potatoes of the same size, wash well and bake, sprinkling a baking sheet with coarse salt. Prepare the finished potatoes for stuffing by peeling and removing the middle with a teaspoon.
